HOW I SERVE

PHONE CONSULTATION
This is really more of a conversation than a consultation. I want to learn about your calling, your vision, the community you serve and the unique strengths and challenges you face each day. Romans 12:15 “Rejoice with those who rejoice, mourn with those who mourn” and Galatians 6:3 “Bear on another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ” serve as the basis for every conversation. In the end, if we decide my services aren’t for you, we pray and I’m thankful for the time we had together.

WEBINARS
I hate to admit this, but I often find myself in “tune out” mode while participating in most webinars. Either that or I’m multi-tasking, which is just another way of saying I’m tuning out. The tone of my webinars is conversational and interactive. Content is based on the information you provide during our phone consultation and I’ll submit an outline for your approval. I’ll do my best to make it a “no tune out” zone for everyone participating.

ON-SITE SUPPORT FOR YOUR TEAM
Some refer to this as training while others prefer to call it professional development. I just like to call it support. I collaborate with you to determine the particular needs of your staff and then customize the content. This can cover just one topic or many. It can be a half-day, full-day or multiple-day event—all based on your needs. We’ll work together to establish and verify CEU credits with the association of your choice.

STUDENT OR PARENT PRESENTATIONS
Sometimes it’s helpful to have someone from “the outside” come and speak to your students and/or parents. Seldom will the topic be foreign to your group, but rather confirming what you’ve already spoken many times. There’s just something about hearing it from an unfamiliar voice that solidifies your message. I may be an outsider in the sense that I’m not on your staff. But when it comes to choosing the topic and delivery, we’ll concur as if I’m one of your long-time staff members.

CONFERENCE SPEAKER
Does your ministry host a regional conference? Are you part of an association that hosts one? Is there a conference you attend regularly? Do you network with leaders from other regions who sponsor or attend conferences? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, please consider including me as a workshop and/or keynote speaker.
